Recent Events That Move the Capability Baseline
These aren't direct evidence for the MH370 thesis. They're ambient confirmations that the classified technology layer is more advanced than the public narrative admits, which makes specific MH370 claims (orbs as FRC plasmoids, classified detection systems, exotic propulsion) progressively easier to take seriously.

Provenance checked 2026-08-15. The manuscripts exist and the scans are public, so this is examinable rather than merely alleged. But the author was Soviet-Latvian rather than Russian, the pages are personal handwritten works rather than an engineering specification, and only about half concern propulsion: the rest is cosmology, plus works on civilisational cycles and consciousness. Chain of custody runs from the author to his daughter to her husband, who translated the papers, published three books from them, runs the hosting company and writes the analysis presented as independent. No third-party authentication or peer review exists. The one external anchor offered, Soviet patent RU2017658C1, is by a different inventor (Gennady Nesterov, filed 1990) and shows only that MHD disc-craft concepts were being patented in the USSR at the time.
